Locals’ favorite sushi joint Shabu offers Asian entrees sub $30, and you can get a couple rolls for that same price tag. If you’re looking for a heartier meal, head to Ghidotti’s for classic Italian fare. For a reasonably priced menu that speaks to every palate, Zoom is a great option. While there are a couple entrees slightly over $30, there are plenty of entrees and options sub $20. Zoom is owned by Robert Redford and features American bistro food with what they call a “Utah flare.” You can expect menu items ranging from burgers to pasta to ribs, fish or steak.
