Welcome to Equinox at Empire Pass, a luxurious ski in/out vacation home located at Deer Valley Resort with direct ski access to the Northside Express Chairlift. This stunning mountain top residence spans over 7,500 square feet on multiple levels, featuring professionally decorated interiors and breathtaking views from every room. With seven bedrooms, five full and one half bath, Equinox at Empire Pass is ideal for large gatherings, accommodating up to 20 guests in comfort and style. As you step into this exquisite home, you will be enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The soaring vaulted ceilings with deep-stained wooden beams, over-sized windows, and custom woodwork create a rustic yet elegant ambiance. The great room offers a spectacular panoramic view of snow-capped peaks and lush green forests, inviting guests to relax and unwind in style.

The Foxglove Townhomes are located on the free shuttle route, less than a mile from the Snow Park base area of Deer Valley Resort. Each townhome includes a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, washer/dryer and a private garage. Most will have a private outdoor hot tub.

The Boulder Creek Condominiums are conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, between Main Street and the Deer Valley Resort, with easy access to the free bus. Deer Valley Resort and Park City Main Street are both a quick two minute bus ride away. This recently redecorated and upgraded condo is very spacious, approximately 1700 square feet, with log and wood trim throughout with an abundance of natural light. Boulder Creek is three levels: the master bedroom suite is upstairs, the kitchen, living room, dining area and the second bedroom are on the main level, and the third bedroom is downstairs. The private, outdoor hot tub is located on the deck nestled against the wooded hillside, accessed through the master bedroom. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, 42" flat-screen HDTV, DVD, CD stereo, a full size sofa sleeper and adjoins the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen contains brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counters and tile flooring. There is also a gas BBQ grill on deck off dining room. The dining room has seating for six people with three barstools at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings with a fan, flat-screen TV and a spacious bathroom outside bedroom door with a double vanity and jetted tub. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, a twin daybed, flat-screen TV and an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin bed and an adjoining bathroom. Other amenities include a hot tub for winter use only, a brand new washer and dryer, an attached garage, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
