La Maconnerie is a small subdivision of luxury townhomes in the Lower Deer Valley resort area. They are located slope side, just above the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, with ski-in/out access to the Success ski run and great views of the ski runs at Deer Valley. These are highly sought after vacation rentals with tons of space and high-end finishes. Townhomes include private outdoor hot tubs, 2-car garages and laundry facilities. There is also a summer season pool for the complex.

The Double Eagle Townhomes sit slope-side in the Silver Lake area at Deer Valley Resort, providing ski-in ski-out access and stunning mountain views. The Silver Lake Village, three blocks away, is situated around a day lodge, après ski bar and popular ski beach, and is a hub of fine dining, shopping and entertainment.
