Black Bear Lodge is located across the street from the Silver Lake Village base area, a few hundred yards from the ski slopes. Silver Lake Village has several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The Queen Esther Condominiums are located half a mile from the Snow Park base area of Deer Valley Resort, and just 1 mile to Main Street in Park City.
