A short walk will take you and your guests to Historic Main Street in downtown Park City and the Park City Mountain Resort’s Town Chair Lift. Four hundred feet and you will be at the PCMR Three Kings Chair Lift and the Park City Golf Course. A bus stop right in front of the homes allow access to the area’s attractions. However, with everything being in walking distance you may never use the bus.

The Lakeview condos are adjacent to the Park Meadows Golf Course. Condos include a washer /dryer and private deck. The free shuttle stops about ¼ of a mile away, so you may prefer to have your own car in this location.

1120 Empire is an A-frame duplex 3/10ths of a mile up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It consists of two units, each one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a deck shared by the two units, with a common area hot tub. Each unit has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Unit A is about 1700 square feet and Unit B is about 2000 square feet.
