The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Located on the mountain in a private neighborhood, Winter Castle offers privacy along with great access to skiing just minutes from your door. This home has rich mountain accents; large beams, reclaimed wood floors, custom antler railings and a stone fireplace to create a cozy luxury lodge. Your home-away-from-home includes a great room with vaulted ceilings, big screen TV and gas fireplace, providing a comfortable airy setting for living, dining, and entertaining. Plush leather couches invite you to relax and enjoy a good book or watch a movie. The professionally equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need. It’s a great home for entertaining, with a dining table that seats up to 10, and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom on the main level is just one of 5 king bedrooms in this large home, three of which have private baths. The lower level has a king bedroom with private bath and two king bedrooms that share a bath. On the upper level is another king with shared bath and a bunk room that has two sets of bunks and two trundle beds to sleep up to 6 guests – ideal for kids. The rec room provides an additional living area with a 42” TV, Wii video games system, and a foosball table. The outdoor hot tub allows you to relax and soak away the stresses of a day on the mountain. Winter Castle offers covered parking although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.

Get away from it all up at The West Condominiums; this mountaintop retreat is located right above the Steamboat Mountain Village, offering a private hillside location with spectacular views of the ski area and Yampa Valley. The Mountain Village is just a short stroll away by an access path, leading you down to the Gondola, shops and restaurants in the base area. Guests at The West resort have access to a seasonal outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness facility.

Ski Ranch Condominiums offer spacious and affordable 1 and 2 bedroom condos, each with a full kitchen, wood fireplace and private deck to enjoy the sun.
