Spacious family home with wonderful light and superb views located in the Warm Springs area. This home is ideal for multigenerational families or multiple households. There are four bedrooms and three baths on two levels with a large, open living room, two dining areas, and a modern kitchen. On the main level there is the open living/dining/cooking area with 42-inch flat screen TV (no cable, streaming services only), surround sound and a wood burning fireplace. The fully-stocked kitchen has three bar stools at the counter top. Off to the side of the kitchen is a small table which seats six for casual dining. The main dining table seats 6-10. There is a large, wrap-around deck off the main living area with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill.

The Sun Valley Lodge Apartments have access to Sun Valley amenities that include a year-round outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. The Lodge Apartments are adjacent to the historic Sun Valley Lodge itself, and within walking distance of the ice rink, shops and restaurants in the Sun Valley Village Mall area. The Lodge Apartments were built to suit the luxury ski lodge standard of Sun Valley's early years - woodsy, spacious, warm and basically timeless. Condos have a full kitchen, fireplace, private deck, and wireless internet.

Snowcreek is the ideal location for children and beginner skiers; it’s an easy walk to Dollar Mountain's gentle slopes and ski school. The Snowcreek Condominiums are located at the base of Dollar Mountain, near the Sun Valley resort village. Units feature fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces and decks. There is a town shuttle stop a block away from the complex.

ndora Villa offers sleek 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Sun Valley mountain vacation condos three blocks from the slopes and two blocks from town. Hiking and biking trails, restaurants and shops are within a short walk or drive from Andora Villa. After a day on the trails, some have private outdoor hot tub offers a relaxing spot to unwind. Nestled in a peaceful and secluded neighborhood with views of Trail Creek, these two-level condos combine modern style with comfort. Living areas feature wood floors, premium furnishings, a flat-screen TV and a stone fireplace. Queen beds furnish the guestrooms, and the master bedroom has an en suite bath. Kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and feature granite countertops and breakfast bar, as well as an adjoining dining area. As a bonus, there are two twin beds in the loft area. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bed. These bedrooms each have a separate full bath. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of seating for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas-burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage.
