Willow Road 2 is a fantastic family home in beautiful Lane Ranch, Sun Valley, Idaho. This well-appointed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is ideal for families or a group of friends. Sitting on just under three-quarters of an acre, Willow Road 2 features a family room with surround-sound and a spacious great room with a large kitchen -- perfect features for entertaining. This home is all on one level except for one bedroom upstairs. Three bedrooms are on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. Two other bedrooms have queen beds and share a bath. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bath. Guests have access to the private garage for one vehicle. Enjoy all the amenities of Lane Ranch such as access to the clubhouse, pool, tennis court and volleyball court. Willow Road 2 is located two miles from downtown Ketchum and the River Run Lodge for skiing. Sun Valley Village is about 3.6 miles away.

Skyline Drive is a stunning three-level home, located across from Dollar Mountain and only 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, which is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop. Also accessible from that bus stop is Sun Valley's iconic Bald Mountain. With views from nearly every angle, this 4 bedroom plus bonus room, 5.5 bathroom estate home is perfect for pretty much any traveling group. The master suite has a king bed, and three additional rooms each have a queen, and the fourth bedroom, which is slightly detached from the main part of the home, contains two double beds. The home’s open floor plan offers a variety of spaces for entertainment and relaxation, including a back patio area with a fire pit and waterfall, deck sitting area, living area with a fireplace and a game room with an HD TV, pool table, arcade machine and stick hockey game. On the main level is the living area with 85 inch flat screen TV and gas ignited wood burning fireplace. The ceilings are high which bring in great light into the living and dining areas. There is access to a nice deck with mountain views and outdoor furniture. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top. The dinning table seats six. Also on this level you will find the master bedroom with King bed, a 55 inch flat screen with cable/apple tv and access to small deck. The master bath has a 2 sink vanity, sunken jetted tub and a separate shower. There is a large walk in closet as well.

Step back into the old West in our cozy cabin just minutes’ walk to the River Run Ski lift and downtown Ketchum. This pet-friendly, log cabin features high, log-beamed ceilings, and a tall, river rock, wood-burning fireplace. Lounge in the colorful living room with the fire and open-concept kitchen or tuck back into the southwest family room with an electric fireplace and big screen streaming-only TV. Gaze out the large windows and you may see a deer, rabbits that live under the deck or a peeking black bear.
