This 4 bd/5 bath private home located in a quiet, sunny neighborhood offers 4500 sqft of living space and will sleep 8 people max. This home is 3 story with a great yard and is close to hiking and biking, skiing and downtown Ketchum. The central location is 5 minutes from the Warm Springs lifts, the YMCA, Zenergy, and pickleball courts. As you enter the home there is a large foyer and to the right is the formal living room. The home has high ceilings and large windows for great light and central air conditioning. There is a wood burning fireplace and access to patio with lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are 4 bar stools at the counter top for extra seating. The dining table will seat up to 8 guests.

This charming 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome in Elkhorn is a lovely family-friendly home, with a large deck and mountain views. The master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bath, and the third offers full-sized bunk beds for the kids. The living room has a stereo and TV and the dining area seats six. The home enjoys great sunlight, making for a bright and warm escape.

These three level deluxe townhomes are located in the heart of Sun Valley's River Run. The units feature a two-story ceiling in the great room with large floor to ceiling windows facing Bald Mountain. Elegance abounds, from the grand stone entryway to the great room level with living, dining, and kitchen areas and master bedroom suite. A beautiful, shaded deck with mountain views is accessible from the living room. No children under 10 are allowed in this location.

The Chilali Condominiums are located just 3 blocks from Ketchum’s Main Street, with great access to shopping and restaurants, making it the perfect condo any time of the year. This complex features underground parking, an elevator, a roof top common area with 2 spa hot tubs, a gas grill, exercise room and a recreational game room for guests and homeowners. The free town bus stops nearby and provides service to all areas of the resort.
