This 2 bedroom plus den, 3 bath, 2,200 square foot home offers clean, pleasing accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features. The Saddle Road home has a spacious great room, gas-ignited, wood-burning rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The home offers wireless internet service, a two-car garage, and washer/dryer for your convenience.

The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The units all have access to a pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry facility, and are within walking distance to the town of Ketchum. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. A beautifully landscaped stone terrace with mountain and pond views and a gas grill is located off the living room. A breezeway off the front entry leads to a two-car garage. The Harriman Home also has high-speed internet, premium cable, HDTV, DVR and DVD. Full Sun Valley amenities with use of year-round heated pools, a hot tub and sauna are included.

The fully-equipped kitchen is just off the great room and has state-of-the-art gourmet appliances and a built-in stone pizza oven. Each of the five bedrooms at Morning Star Road 715 has an en-suite bath. There are two bedrooms with king beds that open directly to the terrace, and three bedrooms with queen beds. It’s just a 5-minute drive to the Elkhorn lift at Dollar Mountain, and about a 4-mile drive to Sun Valley Ski Resort.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo located just a short distance north of Ketchum will sleep up to 6 guests and is near the Big Wood Golf Course. The living area has 2 sitting areas. One you can relax around the gas fireplace and the other is the entertainment area with 55 inch flat screen TV and blue ray player. There is access to large deck with outdoor furniture, gas grill and small yard. The complex pool is right next door. There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and 3 bar stools at counter top. Dinning area seats 6. Off the living area is one of the 2 master suites with King bed, 45 inch flat screen TV and access to the deck area. The bathroom has Dual sink vanity and sunken tub/shower combo. The second master suite has King bed, 36 inch flat screen TV. This room has an office space as well. The bathroom has dual sink vanity with sunken tub and separate walk in shower. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and access to full size bathroom with single sink vanity and shower only. Complex features: Access to complex summer pool, year round hot tub and ample parking.
