Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Alante Vista is a newly constructed condominium complex in the Winter Park Ranch neighborhood of Fraser. The units are six miles to the Winter Park Ski Resort and have access to the free ski shuttle. All units are accessed from heated interior stairwells and have an open floor plan with nine-foot ceilings throughout. The slate-finished gas fireplace in the living room provides a great focal point. The upgraded kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and slate tile flooring. There are two bedrooms each with their own bath. Bonus amenities include washer/ dryer, an oversized one-car garage and small covered patio.

This 3,200 square foot, 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home is spread over three floors, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Amenities include a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, washer/dryer, private decks, and a pool table on the lower level of the home.

Upscale and spacious, the two bedroom, two bath plus den units were completed in 1999 in the MeadowRidge area of Fraser.
