Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Our condo is conveniently located within a quick 10-minute drive or short shuttle ride to ski during the winter and is in the heart of summer outdoor fun. Winter Park is just 6 miles away and can be accessed easily by the free shuttle for all your outdoor activities, no matter the season!

A true log cabin getaway in this three-level home! Located in Fraser, this wonderful family rental offers a feeling of seclusion and great amenities. Easy access to downtown Fraser restaurants, breweries and summer hiking and biking trails. The free town shuttle stop is located approximately a mile away on the street. The main living area has vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams to complement the open floor plan. Plenty of space to relax on sofas surrounding the wood stove; adjacent to the living space, the dining area seats up to 6. The oversized full kitchen has updated appliances and lots of cabinets and countertops space to make meal prep a breeze. The one bedroom has a Queen bed and full bathroom in the main hallway.

The townhouse style units at Timber Ridge offer quiet, spacious accommodations in a wooded setting within walking distance of Winter Park. Some of the key features include a full kitchen and fireplace. Located about 2 miles from the Winter Park Ski Area and on the free shuttle route, so you don’t have to worry about getting to the resort or finding parking once you get there. Imagine a cozy cabin in the woods but close to town with modern amenities for your next stay. This is a lovely cabin that will sleep 8 comfortably and is set on a large acre lot, only a short 3-minute drive to downtown Winter Park. Three bedrooms and a large open floor plan encompassing living, dining and kitchen spaces allow guests to enjoy each other's company and cooking meals. There are 2 entrances into the cabin, the main front door is a large space adjacent to the kitchen and offers built-in storage for everything you wear to enjoy the outdoors.

Situated on 5 acres of wooded surroundings with wonderful views the nearby attractions include snowmobile trails from the home to the national forest, 7 miles to the Wolford Mountain and Red Dirt Reservoirs and within 1 hour of IKON ski resorts of Winter Park, Steamboat Springs or enjoy the EPIC resorts of Vail and Copper Mountain. The main floor of the home has an open floor plan accented by beautiful hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling in the main living area, expansive south facing windows so you can relax to enjoy the view, cozy up to the gas fireplace or escape to the wrap around deck for enjoyment of the fresh mountain air, amazing sunsets and outdoor dining with BBQ grill.
