In early Feburary, Jackson Lebsack, Ski.com's Epic Dream Job hire, made landfall in the Land of the Rising Sun. Flying into Toyko, he traveled to beautiful and snowy Japanese Alps–the site of the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics. This ski region is located on the main island of Honshu and is easily accessible from Tokyo via high-speed train, bus or shuttle. Here, he (and Buddy Justin Graham) experienced and captured everything from the incredible skiing at Hakuba's 10 ski resorts to Japan's famous wellness ritual: an onsen (hot spring) soak to the area's famously delicious ramen. He said it's a destination that will live in your memories for a lifetime.
