iii. Promotion Description. Entry begins September 7, 2021 and ends October 10, 2021 at 11:59 MDT. For questions please send emails to barclay@ski.com with the subject, "Kid's POV Family Giveaway Questions."
iv. Eligibility. Ski.com is giving away a trip to Aspen Snowmass for 4. All size families are able to enter. if your family is larger than 4 people, the additional members will need to pay expenses. Residents of the United States, Canada and Europe are eligible. Employees and their families of the Aspen Skiing Company and Ski.com are not eligible to win.
v. Prizes one package prize will be given away. Prize package includes 4 nights' lodging in Aspen Snowmass, 3-day lift tickets to Aspen Snowmass, Kids ski school, 3 days of equipment rentals, passes to the mountain coaster and passes to the tubing hill. One prize per family. Prize will need to be redeemed prior to April 30, 2022. Flights and transportation are not included.
vi. How to enter. To enter, submit a link in the form to your chosen social media account. By entering you are giving Ski.com permission to use your video for advertising purposes.
vii. Winner selection. To select the winner Ski.com will choose under 10 finalists of which will enlist their friends and family to vote for them to win the prize package to Aspen Snowmass.
ix. Privacy. Ski.com will not share your contact information with another company. Your email address will be used for contacting regarding the giveaway only unless you opt-in to receiving our To The Mountains newsletter. If you opt-in to receiving these emails then you will be added to our database to receive mountain travel related information. By entering you are giving Ski.com permission to use your video for advertising purposes. x. Limitation of Liability. Aspen Snowmass is sponsoring the prize. If the resort closes due to covid-19 before the winners are able to redeem their prize, the prize can be redeemed in the 2022-23 ski season.
