There are outdoor ski racks that lock for guests' use. Two bedrooms are located on the bottom floor, each with a private en suite bath/shower. The first bedroom boasts a king bed and avocado mattress. The second, and larger of the two bedrooms, is perfect for kids and teens. Equipped with a twin over twin bunk bed, as well as separate day bed with full-sized pull out trundle, this space can sleep 5. A washer/dryer is located on this level. As guests travel up the stairs, the space opens into an expansive floor plan with abundant comfortable seating. A large flat screen television situated in front of a cozy sectional provides the perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventure. The mid-level of this residence features the third bedroom with en suite bathroom, kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a guest will need to create the perfect gourmet meal. An induction stove, oversized custom fridge provide the exact things a chef will need to prepare a western-style feast. A beverage fridge is also included at the end of the counter space. Bench seating that wraps the counters provides ample seating for all, included an oblong-shaped custom wood dining table. Covered metal stairs led to the front entrance, making for stress-free steps in snow, in boots. A ski rack on the front stairway offers convenient storage. The foyer features a heated drying closet for wet ski clothes and a bench for resting weary ski legs. A hallway leads to the open kitchen and dining room. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a wet bar – the perfect spot for après-ski storytelling. The dining room, ringed by tall windows with mountain views, offers hardwood floors and access to the deck with its hot tub. The laundry room and pantry adjoin the kitchen and the garage entryway.
