Very conveniently located, The Springs Condominiums are a short walk from the River Run Gondola and the River Run Village, which offers shopping, dining and year-round festivals. Each unit has a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and private deck for some fresh mountain air. The property hosts an expansive outdoor swimming complex with year-round outdoor pool, waterslide and hot tub. Inside guests will find a children’s playroom, fitness center, steam room, video room and heated underground parking.

There is also a pool table in the common area, a fitness room, ski lockers and two laundry rooms for guest use. A heated underground parking garage means that you won’t be scraping ice off your car, although for this central a location, a car is not necessary. During summer season, River Run Village is a hub for activities and festivals.
