Although guests can definitely walk to the lifts, a car is recommended for this particular property. Not many properties rival this stunning mountain vacation spot. Guests can relax in the private outdoor hot tub on the patio. Vaulted ceilings offer a bright and airy feeling throughout, while oversized windows frame breathtaking vistas of the Uinta and Wasatch ranges. Fairway Springs is about 5 miles from downtown Park City. Each townhome has a private garage.

Abode at Silver Mountain is a charming 1909 historic home in the heart of Old Town Park City. It was extensively renovated in 2014. This unique 3 bedroom 2 bath property is situated on 2.5 Old Town lots, which affords plenty of space for outdoor entertaining amid beautiful Aspen trees. This home is in a prime location on quaint Norfolk Avenue, which is a 3 minute walk to the Town ski run, a 5 minute walk to historic Main Street and a 7-8 minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort. The home includes restored vintage hardwood floors, an outdoor hot tub and wood-burning stove, making for a welcome retreat after a long day of skiing or hiking. There’s a California king in the master bedroom, one queen and two twin beds in each of the lower bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the den/media room.
