There is a deck adjacent to this space that offers a gas barbeque grill and great views all around.

On level two, enjoy spending time in the game room that features a 65” Smart TV and Sonos PlayBar, a dart board, pool table and a game table. Other amenities include a patio with 8-person private hot tub, a laundry room, central air-conditioning, and a two-car garage with a heated driveway.
