The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Falconhead Lodge - North is perched above the Yampa Valley with spectacular views overlooking the Steamboat ski area. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area, which has seating for 12. Downstairs on the mid-level there is an additional kitchen, dining, and living area. Five bedrooms, spread over three floors, allow ample room for a large group or various families. The master bedroom on the main level has a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkroom can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. A second master suite with private bath offers views of the valley and the Sleeping Giant Mountain. There is a third master suite and a queen suite, each featuring a private en suite bath. A sports bar/den and recreation room can be found on the lower level. The master suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, spacious en suite with dual vanities and a private balcony. The guest master with private bath offers a choice of a king bed or can be set up with two twin beds. In the third and fourth guest rooms you’ll find a set of double bunk beds and two double beds.
