The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. With 4 bedrooms and a loft there is room for up to 14 people. The main floor Master Bedroom has a king bed and access to the porch that allows you to enjoy the views with your morning coffee. The guest master downstairs also has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. Downstairs you will find the bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds that sleep four and the fourth bedroom offers the option of either a king or two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower combination. For extra guests, the loft has 2 day beds with trundles under them, making it a fun place to sleep 4 more.

Conveniently located just minutes from both the ski area and historic downtown, Uptown House is a new-build, three-level townhome that melds mountain touches with modern design. Union Grande is a combination of two neighboring homes, Kingdom House and Borough House, that together accommodate up to 17 guests. Each of these newly built homes are full of light, modern amenities, chic furnishings, and topped off with spectacular rooftop decks with private hot tubs and firepits. The second level of the homes are where guests will gather in the spacious main living areas with gas fireplaces and gourmet kitchens complete with gleaming professional grade appliances and large islands.

The Trails at Storm Meadows maintain a quieter, more secluded atmosphere just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. Guests enjoy ski access trails leading to all base area lifts, with easy routes back home from the main runs. These beautiful condominiums offer spectacular views of the Yampa Valley and the Steamboat ski slopes from a large private balcony. A private scheduled shuttle to the ski area base and downtown is also available to guests at The Trails.

Saddle Creek Townhomes feature vaulted ceilings and large spacious living areas. All Saddle Creek Townhomes come equipped with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, private garage, washer/dryer and a private deck. These townhomes are located in a nice, quiet residential area near the mountain village. The free city shuttle stops very close to the property, allowing for easy access to Steamboat's slopes.
