The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Located on the mountain in a private neighborhood, Winter Castle offers privacy along with great access to skiing just minutes from your door. This home has rich mountain accents; large beams, reclaimed wood floors, custom antler railings and a stone fireplace to create a cozy luxury lodge. Your home-away-from-home includes a great room with vaulted ceilings, big screen TV and gas fireplace, providing a comfortable airy setting for living, dining, and entertaining. Plush leather couches invite you to relax and enjoy a good book or watch a movie. The professionally equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need. It’s a great home for entertaining, with a dining table that seats up to 10, and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom on the main level is just one of 5 king bedrooms in this large home, three of which have private baths. Emerald Lodge at Trappeur’s Crossing guests enjoy spectacular views and convenience to the Steamboat Mountain Resort, just 2 blocks away. Emerald Lodge guests have access to Trappeur’s Crossing Resort amenities, including four seasonal pools, ten hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, conference space, business center, fire pit, outdoor patio area, poolside BBQ grills and a public lounge area. During the ski season, all guests are able to take advantage of the ski area loop shuttle and on-call valet shuttle service to downtown shops and restaurants as well as local grocery stores.

A hidden gem, tucked away in Steamboat’s mountain village neighborhood, Waterford offers 3-level townhomes, a short shuttle ride to skiing, shopping and dining. Each townhome has over 2,100 square feet of space to spread out and relax in. Included are a private deck, in-unit washer/dryer, gas fireplace, wireless internet, and private garage. Waterford provides a winter season shuttle to the ski area.
