The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Each condo has a full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and wireless internet.

Mountain High Chalet is conveniently located to the Thunderhead Express high-speed quad lift with easy access provided by regular, complimentary shuttle service. The hand shaped logs are beautifully finished and provide a cozy living area centered in front of the stone fireplace. The Great Room with high ceiling and loft shows off the fine craftsmanship involved in the construction of the chalet. Mountain High Chalet offers 3 charming bedrooms and baths in the main house and a detached apartment garage with fireplace, bath and kitchenette. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped. The dining table will comfortably seat eight guests for an elegant dinner setting as the alpenglow lights up the mountain. The outside decks offer one of the most spectacular views of the area with a 180-degree view down the valley to the Flat Top Mountains and up to the Steamboat Ski Area. This is same view that you can enjoy from the hot tub on the lower deck. Please note this home is located in a mountainside neighborhood which gives you spectacular views all around. In winter the road is plowed regularly but 4WD and snowtires/chains are essential if you intend to bring a car. If it snows (which it does a lot) you will need to pay attention in the driveway which is steep and without guardrails.

This fantastic 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome at Chadwick Estate Villas sleeps 10 people and features an open living room with nice light, a stunning gas fireplace, huge flat-screen TV, and comfortable leather couch. The adjacent gourmet kitchen and dining area offer state-of-the art appliances and a dining table that comfortably seats eight, as well as access to a spacious outdoor deck with a grill and nice Emerald Mountain and down-valley views. An in-house elevator whisks you to the various levels of this townhome. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king bed and gas fireplace. The spacious en-suite bath features a beautifully tiled steam shower and luxurious deep-soak tub. A second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and en-suite bath. Downstairs, a rec room offers another great place to hang out, with games table, flat-screen TV with DVD player, wet bar, mini-fridge and dishwasher. A large washer and dryer are located on this level as well. The bottom level of this townhome includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and another with two twin bunk beds. Set adjacent to the kitchen, you can enjoy delicious meals together to recap the adventures of the day on the mountain. A large deck opens off the living room for outdoor grilling and enjoyment of the panoramic views before you. On the main level the master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds and an adjacent private bath. On the upper level there are two king bedrooms that share a hallway bath. Senner Chalet provides one heated garage parking space with ample driveway parking for 3 – 4 more vehicles if need be, although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.
