The Heart of the Valley home (half of a duplex) takes its name from its pristine views of the Yampa Valley and convenient location. This beautiful four-level home has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeps 10 people comfortably. The main level features an open living area with a gas fireplace and spectacular views of the valley. Off of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. On the same level you will find a bedroom with a queen sized bed, views of Emerald Mountain and access to the deck. On the third level is another bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. The master suite is on the top level and has a large master bath, amazing views and a king sized bed. The lower level features contains another large living area with its own gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and surround sound. The bunk room is also located on this level with 2 sets of twin bunk beds.

Cimarron consists of five bedroom units in the log post and beam style. Located a few blocks from the slopes, each townhome offers over 3,000 square feet, a two car garage, air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces and much more. The property is conveniently situated directly across the street from the Steamboat Ski Area, and offers comfortably furnished accommodations, an easy walking distance to the Steamboat Gondola, Steamboat Snow School, Kids Vacation Center, and all base area shops and restaurants. Gondola Run A is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with a large living area, an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

Falconhead Grande Lodge offers unrivalled lodging for large groups, coupled with spectacular views over the Yampa Valley. It is ideal for multi-generational family gatherings featuring multiple kitchens, living rooms and sports bar / rec rooms with pool table and flat screen TV's. This impressive private lodge holds a commanding position overlooking the Steamboat ski area. The Grande Lodge is equipped with elevators on each side and a stunning open staircase constructed of timbers and steel which descends on each side alongside four story windows. Enter from the top level with a heated garage and plenty of space for coats and snow boots with built-in lockers. The main floors feature a Great Room with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, and an oversized stone fireplace. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area. Master bedrooms have a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkrooms can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. Additional master suites with private bath offer views of the valley and the Sleeping Giant mountain. A third gathering area of sports bar/den and recreation room can be found on each lower level. The flat screen TV means you won't miss a play during a big game and rivalries can be settled over the pool table. The bar has a small refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and small dishwasher.
