This four-story condo in Ketchum will accommodate up to 12 guests and provides a perfect getaway for a large family or group of friends wishing to stay in one unit. The ground level has a guest room with a queen size bed and full private bath, and a very large storage area for guest use. On the second floor is a laundry area with a washer/dryer and a guest room with two twin beds and a full bath. <br><br> The main level is open and inviting with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings and an entertainment center. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a cheerful nook and a formal dining area that will seat 8 guests. The master suite is on this level as well and has a king size bed, television and full bath. Upstairs is a loft with 6 twin beds.

Located in downtown Ketchum, this beautiful River Street West 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is the perfect Sun Valley summer or ski vacation home. Walk out your front door and you are just a few minutes from fly fishing the Big Wood River or heading up Bald Mountain on the River Run ski lifts. From the spacious master suite, wake up to beautiful mountain views from the king poster bed. This suite also includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and sitting area. The second master suite also features a king bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and desk area. The home has 2 additional guest bedrooms that both have en suite baths. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest has twin bunk beds. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The Prospector Condominiums, located in beautiful Warm Springs, are a short walk to world-famous Bald Mountain. This property has a 30 night min in the winter because it is considered to be in the avalanche zone per the city. Warm Springs Creek is just out the back door. A complimentary town shuttle stops about a block away, with service to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Village. The complex has three common area hot tubs, a summer-only pool and guest laundry facilities.

This charming 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome in Elkhorn is a lovely family-friendly home, with a large deck and mountain views. The master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bath, and the third offers full-sized bunk beds for the kids. The living room has a stereo and TV and the dining area seats six. The home enjoys great sunlight, making for a bright and warm escape.

Thunder Springs Condominiums are located next to the Bigwood Golf course in Ketchum and have access to an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and underground parking. Condos have an open layout, with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, deck or patio and in-unit laundry facilities.

This luxury tri-level West Ketchum townhome has 3 bedrooms/ 3 baths and will sleep up to 6 guests. As you enter the townhome there is a hallway to the right with full size bath with single sink vanity and shower only. There is a stack washer/dryer in the hallway closet. Down the hall is one of the 3 bedrooms. It has twin size bunk bed and 36 inch flat screen TV. Access to the one car garage is located on this level.
