If you want affordable accommodations in a great location this is it! Trail View West Condominiums offer one of the most convenient locations in the entire Sun Valley area. Very easy access to skiing, town, biking, fishing and all that this town has to offer. Located in west Ketchum, an easy walk to lifts, shops, restaurants and shopping.

Snowcreek is the ideal location for children and beginner skiers; it’s an easy walk to Dollar Mountain's gentle slopes and ski school. The Snowcreek Condominiums are located at the base of Dollar Mountain, near the Sun Valley resort village. Units feature fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces and decks. There is a town shuttle stop a block away from the complex.

The duplex-style townhomes are full of warmth and color, coziness and current furnishings, to give the townhomes a like-home feel. There is a river rock gas fireplace in the living room and a separate family room. Located 1 ½ blocks to lifts, 6 blocks to downtown, and adjacent to the area-wide paved bike path. The fully equipped kitchen is a cooks nirvana stocked with fine appliances, equipment and utensils. You will also find a private double garage, an outdoor private hot tub and gas grill on patio.

Located in downtown Ketchum, this beautiful River Street West 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is the perfect Sun Valley summer or ski vacation home. Walk out your front door and you are just a few minutes from fly fishing the Big Wood River or heading up Bald Mountain on the River Run ski lifts. From the spacious master suite, wake up to beautiful mountain views from the king poster bed. This suite also includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and sitting area. The second master suite also features a king bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and desk area. The home has 2 additional guest bedrooms that both have en suite baths. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest has twin bunk beds. The home has a wonderful outdoor space with a beautifully furnished patio, with fire pit and gas grill, which is the perfect place to enjoy the fresh mountain air or a meal under the stars. The Ski View Townhomes feature three levels of living space, with private decks, a gas or wood-burning fireplace, and washer/dryer. Ski View is located along Trail Creek, five blocks from the River Run chairlift and two blocks from downtown Ketchum. Transportation to the slopes and around town is provided by a free town shuttle, which stops at Sockeye Square, next to the Ski View complex. Ski View amenities include wireless internet, a private two-car garage, and a common area hot tub.
