The Greyhawk Condominiums are conveniently located in Warm Springs, about 1 block from the lifts and Warm Springs Base Lodge. The free town bus stops nearby and provides service to all areas of the resort. The Greyhawk complex offers a summer and winter season outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter), complimentary parking, common laundry facilities and wireless internet.

Originally built to Averell Harriman’s specifications, the Harriman Cottage was reconstructed in 2004 on the edge of Sun Valley Lake. The private residence sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk away from Sun Valley Village, Lodge and Inn, and with stunning views across the lake to Bald Mountain. Exquisitely furnished, this 3,025 square foot luxury house has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths on the main floor, designed around a large, sunny, central dining and living room. There are two en suite master bedrooms, one with fireplace and small adjoining bedroom/study. Each of the three guest rooms, has two twin beds and a separate bath. The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bay that seats six. On the lower level, there is a separate den for work or play with its own desk, seating area and wide-screen TV. A beautifully landscaped stone terrace with mountain and pond views and a gas grill is located off the living room. A breezeway off the front entry leads to a two-car garage. The Harriman Home also has high-speed internet, premium cable, HDTV, DVR and DVD. Full Sun Valley amenities with use of year-round heated pools, a hot tub and sauna are included.

The Wildflower Condos are located close to Sun Valley’s historic lodge and its restaurants and shops, spa and fitness center. The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.
