The Fairway Nine Condominiums sit right on the Elkhorn Golf Course, in a quiet and protected setting, close to Dollar Mountain Ski Area and 10 minutes into downtown Ketchum. The town shuttle bus stops just outside the complex. Amenities include Wi-Fi, complimentary parking and a washer and dryer.

This is a newly remodeled centrally located in Ketchum. The 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath 2 story Townhome with 3600 sqft. of living space will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level is the living area with 85 inch flat screen TV and gas ignited wood burning fireplace. The ceilings are high which bring in great light into the living and dining areas. There is access to a nice deck with mountain views and outdoor furniture. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top. The dinning table seats six. Also on this level you will find the master bedroom with King bed, a 55 inch flat screen with cable/apple tv and access to small deck. The master bath has a 2 sink vanity, sunken jetted tub and a separate shower. There is a large walk in closet as well.

Take in the scenery from your Ridge condominium, with beautiful golf course and mountain views. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace and washer/dryer. The living room, with vaulted ceiling, opens to a generous deck. Located in the center of Elkhorn, the Ridge is within walking distance of Elkhorn amenities, the community bike/pedestrian path, and the KART free town bus stop for a short ride to the ski areas, Sun Valley village, and Ketchum.

The Greyhawk Condominiums are conveniently located in Warm Springs, about 1 block from the lifts and Warm Springs Base Lodge. The free town bus stops nearby and provides service to all areas of the resort. The Greyhawk complex offers a summer and winter season outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter), complimentary parking, common laundry facilities and wireless internet.

Conveniently situated three blocks from the River Run base area and five blocks from downtown Ketchum, the Christophe Condominiums provide guests with ideal access to all that Sun Valley has to offer—on and off the slopes. Guests can also easily hop on the town shuttle from the Christophe, which provides free service to the ski lifts and all areas of the resort. Boasting a four-season outdoor pool and an outdoor hot tub, the Christophe provides guests with relaxing amenities perfect after a full day on the slopes. Accommodations range from studio units to 1 or 2 bedroom condos and feature wood-burning fireplaces and fully-equipped kitchens.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo located just a short distance north of Ketchum will sleep up to 6 guests and is near the Big Wood Golf Course. The living area has 2 sitting areas. One you can relax around the gas fireplace and the other is the entertainment area with 55 inch flat screen TV and blue ray player. There is access to large deck with outdoor furniture, gas grill and small yard. The complex pool is right next door. There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and 3 bar stools at counter top. Dinning area seats 6. Off the living area is one of the 2 master suites with King bed, 45 inch flat screen TV and access to the deck area. The bathroom has Dual sink vanity and sunken tub/shower combo. The second master suite has King bed, 36 inch flat screen TV. This room has an office space as well. The bathroom has dual sink vanity with sunken tub and separate walk in shower. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and access to full size bathroom with single sink vanity and shower only. Complex features: Access to complex summer pool, year round hot tub and ample parking. Unit is located in Building 6.

This lovely home is located in the desirable Bitterroot neighborhood, situated between Ketchum and Sun Valley. It is only a four minute walk to downtown restaurants, bars and shopping by taking the neighborhood bridge across Trail Creek. Appointed with contemporary furnishings and a modern kitchen, it is ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. The Bitterroot 225 home features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath. The master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. As a bonus, there are two twin beds in the loft area. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bed. These bedrooms each have a separate full bath. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of seating for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas-burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage.
