This comfortably decorated penthouse condo is located right in the heart of Telluride and has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It's the perfect place to spend the holidays in Telluride with family or friends. Enter the condo on the top, 3rd floor. The condo immediately opens up into a large living and seating area with sweeping views of Telluride, Ajax mountain and the box canyon. The seating area is the perfect place to relax and this condo has a soothing vibe. The seating area features a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Open to this area is a large dining table with seating for at least 8 guests, with 3 additional seats along the adjacent breakfast bar.

Nestled in the quiet west end neighborhood of Bachman Village you are 200 yards from the ski slope, four blocks from the heart of town, and steps from the local grocery store. The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

Located in a premier residential neighborhood of downtown Telluride, the Historic Thompson House can be traced back to 1898 and the early 20th century when the Thompson family settled here from Finland. The home was then kept in the family all the way through the 1970s. In 2023, new owners completed a to-the-studs remodel and redesign that you can now enjoy. The home is located on a sunny, oversized lot with ideal south-facing views of the mountain and ski runs. It’s an easy two-block walk to lift seven and the gondola, where Mountain Village is a picturesque ride away! Just a short walk to the main street shops and restaurants, it is also one block from one of the area's trendiest bars, a wine store, a popular restaurant, and the beautiful San Miguel River trail.
