The third bedroom has a king-size, while the final bedroom has two twin size beds, desk space, outdoor terrace access, and a full ensuite bathroom. Ajax Peak Unit C is a thoughtfully laid out and quality built condominium in a great location directly on a Colorado Avenue south-facing corner as you enter the Historic Landmark District of Telluride. It includes 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on three levels, providing privacy for each of the bedrooms. The great room, dining and kitchen area have a gas fireplace, slate floors and an 18-foot vaulted ceiling with wooden trusses and views to the west, north and east providing great light throughout the day. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully outfitted for gourmet cooking. Off the great room to the west is a large deck for relaxing in the western sun with a gas grill.

Continue the entertainment outside through the French doors and on to the private deck with grill. The spacious master suite is complete with a king-size bed, potbelly gas stove, and en suite bath with steam shower. The lowest level of the home is truly a fun-filled space, perfect for kids (or kids at heart). With two sets of full/full bunk beds, a ping- pong table, pool table, comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, this room will be difficult to leave. The quaint 11-room Manitou Lodge sits along the banks of the San Miguel River and is just a block from the Telluride town gondola. All rooms have a TV and mini-fridge. Amenities include wireless internet, ski lockers and a shared indoor hot tub overlooking the river.

586 West Pacific Avenue is a perfectly located home in downtown Telluride, two blocks from the Gondola and one block from Chair 7. Its rustic, reclaimed barnwood exterior is juxtaposed with a contemporary, high-end interior. Large windows in the living room let in tons of natural light, and showcase incredible views of the ski area. A 200 square foot heated deck provides for year-round use with great views of the mountain.
