Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

A true landmark home in downtown Telluride, South Oak Pearl is located one block south of Main Street and one block north of the gondola. This four-bedroom home is exquisite both inside and out. Located only one block from Telluride’s main street, two blocks to Lift 7 and three blocks to the Gondola, the Columbine Condos make it easy to explore town or get to the slopes in no time. Restaurants, shops and nightlife are all close by. Condominiums include a washer/dryer, private deck, and one covered parking space per unit.

The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.
