Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

Centrum is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Telluride ski vacation condo next to Mountain Village. Located just steps from the Gondola, Centrum makes getting on the ski slopes quick and easy. In fact, it is just 100 yards from ski school and two chairlifts. This third-level condo features 180-degree views, comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace. The living room has a 42-inch TV and an adjacent dining table with seating for six guests. The deck, which offers views of the mountains and plaza, is accessed from the living room. The full kitchen features granite countertops, sleek appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Next to the kitchen is a washer and dryer. Furnishing the master bedroom is a queen bed, TV and an en suite bath with a Jacuzzi, separate shower and handsome stonework. The guestroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin beds. Other features of Centrum include a tile mudroom, underground parking and ski lockers.

Nestled in the Tristant development in beautiful Mountain Village, Prospect Falls is a four-bedroom townhome with excellent ski access and a long list of amenities. Vaulted ceilings in the living room invite in huge, San Sophia views, while a couch and two armchairs surround a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. The adjacent kitchen is lined with stainless steel appliances, soapstone countertops and custom cabinetry. There are plenty of places to seat guests for dining between the breakfast bar for four and the dining room table for six. Enjoy Mountain Village Core and San Sophia Ridgeline views while conversing with friends and family over an unforgettable meal. Continue the entertainment outside through the French doors and on to the private deck with grill. The spacious master suite is complete with a king-size bed, potbelly gas stove, and en suite bath with steam shower. The lowest level of the home is truly a fun-filled space, perfect for kids (or kids at heart). With two sets of full/full bunk beds, a ping- pong table, pool table, comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, this room will be difficult to leave. Looking to soak your tired muscles after a day on the hill? Step out to the ground level private hot tub and soothe your cares away.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

The Double Diamond Condominiums, located at the base of the Coonskin Lift # 7, offer guests ski-in/ski-out convenience with spectacular views of the ski area. These nicely built condominiums feature units loaded with amenities. All condominiums have a gas fireplace, one car garage, washer-dryer, balcony, ski storage and access to the outdoor common area hot tub. The complex is just a few yards to the San Miguel River.

The Highlands Way home is a 5 bedroom 6.5 bath masterpiece that includes amenities like a private gym, 8-person saltwater hot tub, and a media room with a pool table, ping-pong table and foosball. The only decision left to make is where to start. Located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, the Highlands Way home is a short walk to the Lower Galloping Goose Ski Run (green run). It has gorgeous views of the forest and mountains. The massive great room has a large wood-burning fireplace, 25 foot vaulted ceilings, and access to the spacious deck with covered seating and a gas grill. There’s a gourmet kitchen and a formal dining area. There are steam showers in both the master bath and the media room bath. A laundry room, a full office, and a private wireless internet network complete the list of amenities. There is garage parking for one vehicle as well as three driveway parking spots.
