Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

Located in the Mountain Village Core at the base of Chair 4 and the Gondola, Dakota Place has a front row location for the best ski-in/ski-out access at the Telluride Ski Resort. Proximity to the Core also allows for great access to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village as well as a quick gondola ride to downtown Telluride. There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. From the hot tub on the north-east facing deck, enjoy unobstructed views of spectacular alpenglow sunsets. An elevator to the heated parking garage makes transporting luggage and groceries easy.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

Enjoy one of Telluride's most sought after properties. Ski groups of up to six individuals are invited to come enjoy a stay at Telluride’s centrally-located South Pacific. This multi-level private home offers 1,800 square feet of beautifully furnished and decorated living space along with three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a fenced-in yard that is convenient if you’re traveling with children. Perfectly situated just off Main Street, South Pacific offers the perfect base for those who want to get out and explore all that wonderful Telluride has to offer. Take advantage of some downtime in the living room that is centered around an impressive stone fireplace. Seating includes an armchair and a leather sofa, and you’ll also enjoy the use of a large flat-screen television. Any cooking enthusiasts in your group are sure to be pleased by the gourmet kitchen that comes with high-end stainless steel appliances, and there’s a pretty dining table with seating for all six guests as well as a breakfast bar. It’s a lucky couple who snags the incredible master suite at South Pacific. Sprawling across the entire top floor, this bedroom boasts vaulted ceilings and amazing views of the ski resort. The bed is a super-comfy king, and there’s also a private bath with an over-size jetted tub, a glass steam shower, and his-and-her sinks. On the home’s lowest level there is a nice queen suite with a private bath and a split king suite with a bath across the hall. Depending upon your sleeping needs, the split king may be used as two twin-size beds. Bonus Features: South Pacific comes with a lovely patio that boasts a nice barbecue grill and an outdoor table with chairs for warm-weather dining. Other amenities include a private parking space, a laundry room, high-speed internet, and a dedicated concierge team to assist you in making the most of your Telluride stay.

The quaint 11-room Manitou Lodge sits along the banks of the San Miguel River and is just a block from the Telluride town gondola. All rooms have a TV and mini-fridge. Amenities include wireless internet, ski lockers and a shared indoor hot tub overlooking the river.
