Four Seasons, Whistler
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Resort in Whistler. It is a beautiful property and the service is impeccable, absolutely the nicest property in Whistler Blackcomb. My room was fabulous, spacious and very comfortable. It is about a 10 minute walk to get to the chair lift. The bellmen are prompt, courteous and happy to extend a complimentary ride to the slopes.
Lap of luxury at Four Seasons
I stayed at the Four Seasons Whistler from March 5-9, 2016. I was with a Ski.com familiarization tour and received a suite with a separate bedroom and a living area with a balcony and a pullout couch. It is simply the best room you can get in Whistler. The bathroom is huge, the shower was amazing, the fine linens on the bed were top notch, the living area had seats for 5-6 people and the housekeeping made the room like new each day after skiing. The staff was excellent in shuttling you at a moment's notice to anywhere you wanted to go in Whistler. The pool and hot tub area which was just below my balcony was great. From the waitresses bringing you drinks and the fabulous spa/locker room when you were finished, this is truly a 5 star resort. Other things to mention are the ski storage/valet at the base of Blackcomb, the excellent restaurant Sidecut on property and the privacy the grounds of the Four Seasons offers. Really the best hotel in the best resort.
March 2016 stay
I had the opportunity to experience the Four Season Whistler in March. I stayed in a very spacious one bedroom suite with a gas burning fireplace. The wood interiors paired with luxury amenities and furnishings created a warm and comfortable ambiance. Our meal in Sidecut Modern Steak was amazing! The bell/ transportation staff was great, we never waited more the 5 minutes for a shuttle which also took us to the private Four Seasons Ski Concierge at the base of Blackcomb Mountain. On a side note, the snow conditions and on-mountain experience were fantastic too!
