Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Our condo is conveniently located within a quick 10-minute drive or short shuttle ride to ski during the winter and is in the heart of summer outdoor fun. Winter Park is just 6 miles away and can be accessed easily by the free shuttle for all your outdoor activities, no matter the season!

The living zone is an immaculate space with in floor radiant heat, 10' ceilings, custom lighting, smart TV and gas fireplace and panoramic mountain views from the cushy leather furniture. Plenty of large, picturesque windows will offer more than one view of the mountains and surrounding mountain beauty from this main room. Outside is a large wrap around patio is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air and outdoor hot tub and gas grill. The full kitchen boasts high-end finishes including custom hickory wood cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops, large breakfast bar area at the kitchen island offers seating for 3 and is adjacent to the dining area offers seating for 8 at the main table.

The Iron Horse is the ultimate mountain escape to lodging in Winter Park with condominium units including our sport studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options. While staying with us, enjoy our fully equipped Fitness Center with free weights, weight machine, treadmill, spin bikes, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, locker rooms, and steam rooms.

Parry Peak Lofts combine metro sleekness with classic mountain style at the base of Winter Park Resort. Located in the heart of the Village and just a few steps from coffee shops, restaurants and chairlifts, Parry Peaks Lofts are at the center of all that Winter Park has to offer. These luxury two-level condos have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, gourmet kitchens and premium baths with Jacuzzis. Kitchens at Parry Peak Lofts feature granite countertops, breakfast bar stainless steel appliances, metallic backsplashes and a designer color scheme. Gorgeous views of the Village, Continental Divide and Mary Jane can be taken in from the private balcony and throughout the loft. Single level townhome with HUGE backyard, pet friendly located in Fraser and is a wonderful family rental offers a large space and great amenities. Easy access to downtown Fraser restaurants, breweries and summer hiking and biking trails. The free town shuttle stop is nearby the main entrance. The main living area has vaulted ceilings, lots of comfortable sofas surrounding the wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. The remodeled full kitchen has a large breakfast bar area, stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinets and countertops space to make meal prep a breeze. Adjacent to the main kitchen, the dining area has large table and plenty of chairs to comfortably seat up to 6.

Alante Vista is a newly constructed condominium complex in the Winter Park Ranch neighborhood of Fraser. The units are six miles to the Winter Park Ski Resort and have access to the free ski shuttle. All units are accessed from heated interior stairwells and have an open floor plan with nine-foot ceilings throughout. The slate-finished gas fireplace in the living room provides a great focal point. The upgraded kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and slate tile flooring. There are two bedrooms each with their own bath. Bonus amenities include washer/ dryer, an oversized one-car garage and small covered patio.

These deluxe town homes are located just across the street from the ski area. Each town home is unique. All offer kitchen and fireplace and most have private hot tubs, washer / dryer and high-speed internet.
