Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

After a day of outdoor adventure, come home to relax on the large, comfortable leather sectional sofa surrounded by the luxury of the great room with vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, gas fireplace and 65" flat screen TV with sound bar. Set up a puzzle or board game on the lift-top coffee table from the wide selection of games, toys and books in this home. The Viking Lodge is an old-style, budget ski lodge in downtown Winter Park. This economical lodge has 21 rooms, ranging from very small to apartments. All have private baths and old-fashioned box-style color televisions. If you’re looking for a basic lodge room in a great downtown location, with a game room, friendly staff, and Wi-Fi in the lobby, the Viking Lodge is that kind of place.

Situated high on a mountain Meadow Ridge features beautiful 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums in Fraser Valley with a great view of Byers Peak. Located 10 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort on free shuttle bus line and surrounded by 300 miles of mountain bike and hiking trails. Meadow Ridge is located in the town of Fraser- 6 miles from the ski resort on the free shuttle route. All units have a full kitchen, color cable tv, vcr. Some units have a private balcony or patio. The recreation center has tennis courts, game room, locker room and racquetball courts.

This wonderful, spacious 3-bedroom cabin offers 2 living rooms, private decks with spectacular mountain views and is the perfect location for a vacation in the Winter Park/Fraser area. The main level is the focal point of the cabin and is one story up from the entrance. Enjoy the views, vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fan from the cozy living room. A gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets and breakfast bar area with seating for 4. Adjacent to the kitchen, the main dining area offers mountain views from the large windows and will comfortably seat up to 6. In the living room you enjoy the luxurious furnishings, gas fireplace with large flat screen TV and easy access to the private deck with wonderful mountain views and deck furniture to enjoy the Rocky Mountain sunsets.

A pet friendly rental townhome offers a great spot to find solitude as well as 2 living area, large enough to accommodate 10 people and has been remodeled with all the comforts for a wonderful vacation. A spacious living on the main level has furniture, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and large windows offering mountain views. You can also access the front deck to relax on. Kitchen offers a small island for easy meal prep, granite counter tops, 5 burner gas range and pantry that leads to the rear deck with a second gas fireplace, built in grill, and overhead radiant heating. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for up to 8. The main level has a master bedroom has king bed, TV with attached bath and a powder room and access to the rear deck.

The living zone is an immaculate space with in floor radiant heat, 10' ceilings, custom lighting, smart TV and gas fireplace and panoramic mountain views from the cushy leather furniture. Plenty of large, picturesque windows will offer more than one view of the mountains and surrounding mountain beauty from this main room.
