Silverado Lodge is a sprawling modern cabin situated halfway between Big Sky’s Town Center and the Spanish Peaks mountain range, a 5-minute drive from restaurants, shops and entertainment downtown and just 20 minutes from skiing at Big Sky Resort. Constructed using Western red cedar logs, the 5-bedroom estate offers a feeling of seclusion with sweeping views and a private sledding hill in the backyard. High ceilings with towering beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, multiple private decks and wood-burning fireplaces evoke a classic alpine lodge, while radiant heat, DirecTV and a bubbling hot tub add modern comforts. In the open-concept living area, a wrap-around leather sofa and armchairs frame a two-story, stone fireplace and large-screen TV for cozy nights after a day of mountain adventures. Through an arched log doorway, a formal dining table seats 8 guests for dinner with mountain views. Four stools at the kitchen breakfast bar allow for a separate “kids’ table.” The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for home-cooked meals. Sliding glass doors open the dining area onto an expansive deck overlooking the Spanish Peaks. Located on the north end of the Mountain Village, you can access skiing via secluded trails and bridges. In fact, on your first day of skiing, you can access the White Otter Lift and ski over to the base area to pick up your lift tickets. Just make sure you get exact directions on the best ski route back to your cabin, or you might end up too far down the mountain! Private vehicles are required for this location.

The large kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line granite countertops and Thermador appliances, including a 6-burner stove and double oven with indoor grill top, two refrigerators, and a walk-in pantry. Guests can choose to dine in the large dining area or outside on the large wraparound deck with ceiling heaters.
