Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

The Viking Lodge is an old-style, budget ski lodge in downtown Winter Park. This economical lodge has 21 rooms, ranging from very small to apartments. All have private baths and old-fashioned box-style color televisions. If you’re looking for a basic lodge room in a great downtown location, with a game room, friendly staff, and Wi-Fi in the lobby, the Viking Lodge is that kind of place.

The living zone is an immaculate space with in floor radiant heat, 10' ceilings, custom lighting, smart TV and gas fireplace and panoramic mountain views from the cushy leather furniture. Plenty of large, picturesque windows will offer more than one view of the mountains and surrounding mountain beauty from this main room. The full kitchen boasts high-end finishes including custom hickory wood cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops, large breakfast bar area at the kitchen island offers seating for 3 and is adjacent to the dining area offers seating for 8 at the main table.

Easy access to downtown Fraser restaurants, breweries and summer hiking and biking trails. The free town shuttle stop is located approximately a mile away on the street. Plenty of space to relax on sofas surrounding the wood stove; adjacent to the living space, the dining area seats up to 6. Three bedrooms and a large open floor plan encompassing living, dining and kitchen spaces allow guests to enjoy each other's company and cooking meals. There are 2 entrances into the cabin, the main front door is a large space adjacent to the kitchen and offers built-in storage for everything you wear to enjoy the outdoors.
