Just one block from Main Street Breckenridge and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base, the River Mountain Lodge is the perfect combination of mountain serenity and convenience. The lobby features the Fireside Lounge, the perfect place to gather for apres-ski in front of a wood-burning fireplace. All guests enjoy underground parking with elevator access, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. And of course, there's complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Welcome to Mountain Joy, located just north of historic downtown Breckenridge, featuring unstoppable views of the Breckenridge ski area and the Ten Mile Range, this 5-bedroom home has everything you need and more to make your vacation memorable. There is complimentary shuttle service for this luxury vacation home from mid-November through mid-April.

Enjoy Victorian charm combined with modern design and amenities, as well as upscale finishes such as stained glass, tile and hardwood flooring, and vaulted ceilings. Style flows through this house, which comes complete with two separate kitchens, each with custom handmade cabinetry. You'll also have a private hot tub, a covered back and front porch, and a gas grill for all of your cooking needs. This home is located in the heart of the historic district, so you can truly walk to everything in downtown Breckenridge. Groceries, restaurants, and shops are two blocks away on Main Street (just a two-minute stroll). You'll be a two-minute walk from the Free Ride shuttle stop, a half-mile stroll from the base of the Quicksilver Chair Lift (Peak 9), one block from the Speak Easy Cinema and the local library, and two blocks from live theater. Parking Notes: The property can only comfortably support parking for three vehicles. Plowing takes place from around 8 AM to 9 AM, and you will need to move vehicles to allow this to happen. If you have additional vehicles, you may park them at the ice rink, about three blocks from the house near the corner of French Street and Boreas Pass Road. You can park there for $5 per day; there is a kiosk at the lot.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Please note that the shuttle is not able to go up the driveway and will safely pick up guests at the street level. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.
