The lodge's convenient ski-in/ski-out location on Success ski run allows guests to experience world-class skiing directly from their accommodations. Accommodations range from one to four bedroom residences and feature upscale kitchens, comfortable living areas, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplaces and private outdoor hot tubs where you can relax after a long day on the slopes. There is also an outdoor heated salt water swimming pool and steam room for guests to enjoy.

Located in the Solamere area of Lower Deer Valley, this 4 bedroom home has amazing views of Deer Valley Resort and great for a family getaway. There is no problem accessing the slopes, as the property is serviced by a complimentary shuttle to the slopes. A free shuttle drives by throughout the day to take you to and from the Snowpark Lodge, where the kids can take group ski lessons, or go to the childcare. This stellar location is also just a short drive to the Park City Mountain Resort or The Canyons, if members of the family are snow boarders. The free bus to other resorts and all things Park City is also a short walk away on Deer Valley Drive.

Located in Upper Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Village, Abode at Black Bear is a 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo, with full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and your own private hot tub on the deck. Black Bear Lodge is located across the street from the Silver Lake Village base area, a few hundred yards from the ski slopes. Silver Lake Village has several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

This true ski-in/ski-out lodge is located right in the heart of Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley, providing one of the most convenient locations in all of Park City. The lodge itself includes a common area game room, exercise facility and easy access to all of the shops and restaurants in Silver Lake. Sterling Lodge offers direct ski-in/ski-out access from the fourth floor of the building. From the common area ski prep room, walk up a short flight of stairs and be directly on the Silver Link ski trail that will take you to a variety of lifts at Deer Valley resort. When you’re ready to head in for the day, simply ski back down Silver Link right to the back door of the lodge. The property has underground garage and is located 4 miles from Park City Mountain Resort and 2.5 miles to Park City’s historic Main Street. The free bus stops about 50 yards away.

Located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, the Aspenwood Townhomes are in an extremely convenient location, ¼ of a mile down the road from the Deer Valley Resort, and right on the free bus route. Park City's Main Street is just a short bus ride away as well. The wonderful views of the Deer Valley Resort ponds make Aspenwood Townhomes a great getaway for the entire family. With private hot tubs, they allow for secluded relaxation after a day of skiing.

Located within a mile of Deer Valley Resort’s Snow Park Lodge, Les Chateau Fawngrove offers spacious condominium units. There’s a shuttle stop right outside the property to take you either to Deer Valley Resort or Park City’s historic Main Street for shopping and restaurants. Each condo has a gas fireplace, private balcony, and laundry facilities.
