Another new Mammoth restaurant, Campo was named one of Esquire Magazine’s 2012 ‘Best New Restaurants in America.’ Campo stands out thanks to Chef Mark Estee’s simple, organic, seasonal recipes, including homemade pizzas, handmade pastas and handcrafted salami. Campo is conveniently located in the main base village, so you won’t have to worry about getting around after one two many of their handcrafted beers or signature cocktails.
If you’re tastes and dining preferences trend towards upscale, an evening or two at the elegant Chart House restaurant is in order. Their contemporary American menu features everything from prime rib to signature fish recipes, like their oh-so-popular Macadamia crusted mahi.
